With international travel, there are a few things that we need to make sure you know.

Passports are required to enter Mexico. Your passport must not expire within 6 months after travel. Travelers are responsible for getting passports and reviewing the entry requirements for Mexico. The name you submit must match your passport ID name exactly.
Once deposited, you will be required to complete a New Client Application with CARE Travel, our official travel agent, within 7 days. This simple form will take you less than 5 minutes, asking basic questions.
During the process, you will be given the opportunity to bundle flights and insurance in your package, if you desire. Please be aware if you choose to add-on items, an additional deposit will be required at that time. Travel insurance is optional, but highly recommended.
You will need to alert CARE Travel if you plan to have a second traveler in your room, upon filling out the New Client Application. This is applicable if you plan to share a room with another retreat attendee or if you bring your spouse.
Competing this deposit reserves 3 nights (9/19/19-9/22/19) for one adult traveling, with all-inclusive lodging at El Dorado Royale or Casitas along with roundtrip transfers to/from the resort and Cancun CUN Airport, and access to the Sparkle Hustle Grow Women’s Business Retreat Events on property.
Cancelation Policy: If you cancel 100+ days prior to departure, there are no penalties. If you cancel between 6/12/19- 8/15/2019, a $50 penalty will incur. If a cancelation occurs 8/16/19 until travel, your full payment will be non-refundable.
Final payment must be completed by 3pm CST on July 12, 2019.
